Security and data

Your audit data: what we store, why, and on what terms.

An AI visibility audit by definition works on data about your company. This page states plainly what enters the system, what we record, what we never do with it, and what you can do with it yourself. The full legal terms live in the privacy policy and terms; this is the version you read in three minutes.

What goes in

What the audit takes in

Profile and scope

Your site address, market and language, plus the buyer question set you approve. That is all the measurement needs as input.

Public sources

Competitive research uses only publicly available information about your company and competitors. We never ask for logins, passwords or your customer data.

Queries to providers

Set questions are sent to the configured AI providers through their APIs, in a documented environment: model, date, market, language.

What we record

What we store and why

Observations, untouched

Every question-provider observation is recorded as it happened, failed ones included, marked unavailable. The record is never edited after the fact.

The sealed set

The approved question set is frozen with a SHA-256 hash, and the report carries the audit ID, model versions and a timestamp. Without this, two measurements could not be compared.

The report and the inputs

We keep the audit inputs, the observations and the resulting report, because reproducibility requires it: an audit that cannot be replayed cannot be compared.

The boundaries

What we never do with your data

No selling of data

We do not sell audit data or share it with other clients. Comparative examples on the site are illustrative and labeled as such.

No model training

Your audit inputs are not used to train models, ours or anyone else's.

No publishing of results

Your results never appear in marketing materials or case studies without your explicit consent. The report is yours.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. Write to contact@entityrise.ai and we will prepare a copy of your audit data. We reply the same business day.

Can I delete my audit?

Yes, directly and without anyone on our side involved. The client owns the audit: your dashboard has an option to delete the project, the company and the audit from the database, and only you can use it. The one consequence to know: a deleted audit stops being a baseline, so future measurements will have nothing to compare against.

Do my questions reach the AI providers?

Yes, that is the point of the measurement: questions from the approved set are asked of the providers through their APIs. We send the question text and market context, not your internal data, because we never collect internal data from you.

Who sees my report?

You and whoever you hand it to. On our side, access is limited to the team working on your audit or service.

Transparency is part of the methodology too.

The same rules that make the measurement credible protect your data: a full record, a seal and clear limits on use.
