Each audit now asks up to 40 unique buyer questions instead of 20, on the same five AI assistants and within the same maximum of 100 first-round answers. EntityRise's methodology sends 15 high-priority questions to all five assistants and up to 25 more to one assistant each. Setup now takes two steps instead of three, and Ask EntityRise, a chat inside the dashboard, answers questions about a finished audit from its own evidence. The core analysis and the AI Visibility Index stay the same.
Why does the audit ask more buyer questions now?
To cover more of the ways buyers ask about a company's field.
Before the update, the audit asked 20 buyer questions on every assistant; now it asks up to 40 unique ones within the same limit of up to 100 first-round answers. Same budget, different split: EntityRise's methodology sends 15 high-priority questions to all five assistants, which makes 75 answers, and asks up to 25 additional questions on one assistant each, spread evenly across the buyer topics. Fewer additional questions are used when fewer are available.
Coverage gets wider without losing depth where it matters. The questions a company cares about most are still compared across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity, and the additional questions show how assistants answer other ways a buyer may describe a need.
How are the 40 questions split across the five assistants?
Into two groups with different jobs.
- Step 115 high-priority questions on all five assistants. Each one is asked in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity, for 75 answers you can compare assistant by assistant.
- Step 2Up to 25 additional questions on one assistant each. They are spread evenly across the buyer topics of the audit.
- Step 3Up to 100 first-round answers in total. Every answer is kept with its sources, so you can check what an assistant actually said and which pages it relied on.
Who decides which questions are high priority?
You do. During setup the audit suggests topics and questions, and you mark the ones that matter most for your sales as high priority. Those are the questions asked on all five assistants, so the comparison you read first is built on the questions you chose.
Good candidates are the questions closest to a purchase decision: which provider to pick, how two options compare, or who is worth the price in a category. Marking them decides where the audit goes deepest.
What changed in the audit setup?
Setup now takes two steps instead of three.
- Step 1Confirm your business profile. EntityRise generates the profile with AI, and you review and confirm it.
- Step 2Review topics and questions together. You see the suggested topics and the AI-generated questions side by side, mark the important questions as high priority, confirm and start the audit.
Once setup is done, the analysis runs as before. The question set is locked with a digital fingerprint before anything is measured, so the questions behind your results stay fixed, and the report records the audit ID, the model versions and a timestamp.
What is Ask EntityRise?
Ask EntityRise is an AI chat inside the dashboard that answers questions about a completed audit. You can ask what your biggest weakness is, why a competitor is recommended instead of you, what ChatGPT or Claude said about you, which pages to fix first, what evidence stands behind a finding, or how a 30 or 90 day improvement roadmap could look.
It answers from that audit's own evidence: the scores, the AI answers, the buyer questions, the mentions, the competitor analysis, what the audit found when it scanned your website and its machine-readable markup, and the external sources. It keeps what the audit recorded apart from interpretation and recommendation, points to the findings it uses and says when the evidence is missing.
Each paid audit includes 10 questions, kept with that audit, and a failed request does not use one. Ask EntityRise never changes scores, findings, the PDF report or credits.
What stays the same?
The core analysis and the index weights stay the same. EntityRise still works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity, and the AI Visibility Index still weighs recommendation at 30%, mention at 20%, prominence at 20%, citation support at 15% and description accuracy at 15%. Your report is still a PDF of around 40 pages with the analysis assistant by assistant, your main competitors compared area by area, website readiness checks and an ordered list of what to improve, each priority with the strength of its evidence.
What does the update mean for agencies?
More of each client's buyer topics in one audit, with the same workflow. Agencies run every client audit themselves in the EntityRise dashboard, mark the client's most important questions as high priority and deliver the report under their own name and logo.
Ask EntityRise helps when preparing the client conversation. It can explain why a competitor is recommended or which pages to fix first, from the evidence of that client's audit. Packs for agencies are bought on the site, with credits used in the dashboard.
How do you start an audit with the update?
EntityRise is an AI visibility audit for agencies and companies that shows how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity describe and recommend a company and what to improve first.
- Step 1Start the audit for your company, or for a client from an agency pack.
- Step 2Confirm the business profile that EntityRise generates.
- Step 3Review the topics and questions, mark the important ones as high priority and start the audit.
- Step 4Read the report and use Ask EntityRise for the questions it raises.
EntityRise measures and guides; the improvements happen on your own pages and in your own marketing work.
